Denholm Yam is committed to conducting its business in a manner that protects the health and safety of all employees, suppliers, customers, visitors and the public. We are committed to maintain a culture that fosters the development of a safe, efficient and environmentally sound workplace. We will comply with all applicable legal and statutory, requirements, standards requirements and apply reasonable standards where laws and regulations do not exist. Our governing Integrated Management System encompasses all aforementioned requirements.

All Denholm staff members and interested parties shall have the RIGHT and the RESPONSIBILITY to STOP WORK without fear of reprisal for any activity that are considered to be an imminent danger (i.e. any condition or behavior that could reasonably be expected to cause an injury, ill health or an environmental harm).
